Daily Schedule

6:10-6:30 Arrival and set up

6:30 – 6:45 Warm up and foot work

6:45 – 6:55 Hydrate and gear up

6:55 – 7:30 Group Lessons and Coaching

7:30 – 8:30 Open Fencing


Equipment

Club Provided:

All necessary equipment to properly outfit participants. Policies are in place to loan equipment for the duration of the enrollment period.


Participants Provided:

Footwear – Flat soft soled athletic shoes are recommended but a properly fitting athletic shoe is usually good enough to get you started.

Socks – Knee high socks are required as part of the official uniform, color or pattern is personal preference or it can be statement.

Athletic Cup – Required for males.

Water Bottle – Highly recommended to stay hydrated.


Safety

It can get hot under all the gear, it is important to stay hydrated and take breaks when necessary.

Most all injuries in fencing are sprains or muscle related and can be avoided with proper form.

Injuries from weapons are extremely rare (urban legend levels of rarity ) and we keep it that way with a zero tolerance policy for horseplay and uncontrolled aggression.
